What to Expect

Care for your pet begins as soon as you walk through the door of The Hope Center.

Our friendly front desk staff will discuss the issues your pet is experiencing and then, based on seriousness, will either place you into an exam room with your pet, or have a technician immediately bring your pet to the back for treatment.

A technician will check your pet's vital signs, and the doctors will be notified of your arrival. A doctor will then perform a complete examination on your pet, making every effort to keep you and your pet together during this process

After the veterinarian's exam, they will discuss their findings and treatment plan for your pet. Any and all questions you have will be answered to your satisfaction before you are presented with a full estimate for treatment options and recommendations.

If your pet requires a stay at our hospital, you will be able to return home knowing that you can contact The Hope Center at any time for a progress report on the condition of your pet. As soon as your pet is ready to go home, a doctor or technician will notify you.
